This website is managed by Alpaca Communications Ltd. on behalf of the project team. Personal information submitted through the consultation form is processed for the purposes of administering the public consultation and preparing the planning application.

If you choose to submit a response through the "Have Your Say" form, we may collect the following information:

  • Postcode (if provided)

  • Organisation (if provided)

  • Any comments or information you choose to submit

How we use your information
The information you provide will only be used to:

  • Administer the public consultation;

  • Review and consider feedback on the proposals;

  • Help inform the preparation of the planning application; and

  • Respond to your enquiry where appropriate.

Your personal information will not be used for marketing purposes.


Who we share your information with
Consultation responses may be shared with the project applicant and members of the project team, including planning, technical and communications consultants, solely for the purposes of preparing and assessing the planning application.
Comments may be summarised in consultation reports or the Statement of Community Involvement submitted as part of the planning application. Personal information will not be published.


How long we keep your information
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to administer the consultation and support the planning process, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.


Website hosting and analytics
This website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function correctly. Squarespace may also collect certain technical information, such as your browser type, IP address and the pages you visit, to operate, secure and improve its platform.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics services on this website.


Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that inaccurate information is corrected and, where applicable, request that your personal information is deleted.
